April, 2009: MKA completed Construction Documents for the Sandwich Town Hall which will undergo a comprehensive exterior and interior restoration and accessibility upgrades this summer. Construction contract was awarded to Builders Systems Inc. from Auburn MA which will start construction June 29th.

The Sandwich Town Hall is one of the oldest Town Hall in the Commonwealth (1835) and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Its historic auditorium, vacant since 1930, will be restored to its original splendor.
