December, 2008: MKA completed construction drawings for the historic Provincetown Town Hall. Kronenberger & Sons Restoration Inc. from Middletown, CT was awarded the structural and envelope repairs contract. Phase I is scheduled for completion for the end of July 09 . MKA is presently working on CD’s for Phase II interior renovations which will go out to bid in June 09.

The Provincetown Town Hall is the cornerstone of municipal and tourist
activities in this cultural seaside community. The building also contains a virtual museum of paintings by local artists, many of who are widely recognized and renowned. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, the building was designed by noted Boston architect John A. Fox in the elegant Victorian style and dedicated in an elaborate celebration on August 25, 1886.
